USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
On behalf of the Appoquinimink School District, we thank you for
considering one of our facilities for your community event.
In order to process a request, you must complete an application
form/liability agreement - at least two weeks prior to the event - and
meet the terms described in the application packet.
The District reserves the right to require liability insurance for any
activity which might pose a physical risk to participants or spectators.
Once your application has been submitted, we will review your request.
If accepted, you will receive a letter of confirmation from the School
District detailing the cost to host your event and any related
information that must be supplied.
ALL FEES must be paid in full at least one week before the event. Use
of our facilities cannot be publicized until all fees/terms have been
met, and written confirmation has been received from the School
District.
NOTE: Approval of building use does NOT entitle applicants to post
fliers or send home promotional literature with students regarding
events being held.
School usage fees are based on a flat, hourly rate for services
provided. These fees cannot be reduced or waived, and are subject to
change based on availability.
