If your family is new to the Appoquinimink School District, or you have a child entering school for the first time, please be sure to register as early as possible in order to avoid bus and/or classroom scheduling difficulties.

To register you will need:
» Birth certificate
» Proof of state required immunizations 
» Proof of residence
Rent receipt, lease, deed, gas/electric bill and real estate agreements are all accepted

In addition, when applicable:
» Custody/Guardianship papers
» Official withdrawal form from previous school
» Individual Education Plan (IEP)
» Copy of most recent standardized testing report
» Report cards and transcripts (Middle/High School)

Please bring this information to the school your student will be attending. Be sure to call the school in advance to schedule a time to register. Or, you may wish to begin the pre-registration process using the forms found in the Registration Section of our website.

Note: Children entering Kindergarten will be tested.
