A student's style of dress may reflect personal preferences; however,
such preferences must fall within the constraints of reasonable rules
and appropriate standards consistent with the maintenance of a safe and
effective learning environment. Guidelines for school attire have been
established for each grade configuration: Pre-K and Kindergarten,
