On Thursday, May 7, Louis L. Redding Middle School will host a Family Wellness Night for grades 6-12. Moms, dads and teens will have fun sampling fitness activities designed to keep the whole family happy and healthy this summer, and learn about peer programs that help kids navigate the pressures of drinking, drugs and smoking. The state police will join us for a special talk about parent's legal responsibilities when hosting teen parties. At the end of the night, one lucky family will win our raffle for a Nintendo Wii Console and Wii Fit Games. No registration necessary. See you at 6:00 p.m. on May 7th. Wear your sneakers!
